Job Description

Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues: Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of computer problems, including hardware malfunctions (e.g., motherboards, hard drives, RAM), software issues (e.g., operating system errors, malware infections), and network connectivity problems. 
Provide technical support to customers: Assist customers with computer-related issues, provide technical guidance, and explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner. 
Install and configure computer systems: Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners, monitors). 
Strong technical skills: In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
