Job Description

Installs software and set-up hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs and other tools commonly used by a company’s team members. 
Provides mentoring on technical issues, processes, and procedures to end users and the customers. 
Repairs and maintains personal computers like desktops, laptops and other technological equipment. 
Perform regular updates and ensure privacy and data protection. 
Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology as necessary. 
Stay abreast of current trends and technology and make recommendations that will help the company keep up with technological standards in the industry. 
Manage and implement security solutions. Ensure that all in/outgoing products bear accurate company warranty stickers. 
Develop initiatives aimed at harnessing maximum productivity from subordinates, especially strict adherence and compliance with existing company transactional procedures...
