Job description Computer Service Technician IT QuébecSimons Campus - IT Full time Daytime schedule during the week with a shift on the weekend. Shifts will be assigned during service coverage hours, which are as follows : 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekends The person in this position provides first-level IT support, working with new and constantly evolving technologies. The person performs the hardware and software installation of workstations, informs, advises, and supports users regarding the use of various software, and ensures their complete satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to user requests and involve necessary teams to resolve issues. Diagnose software and hardware problems and assist users in their computer learning. Prepare and install workstations and computer accessories. Document all computer interventions. Repair or upgrade computers and other electronic equipment.
