Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Set up new computer systems and install necessary software
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients
• Train clients on how to use computer programs effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
