Computer Support Specialists

We are hiring a part-time Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients in Svalbard. As a specialist you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and maintaining network systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on computers and other devices
• Set up new computers, printers, and other devices as needed
• Install and configure software programs and operating systems
• Monitor network systems to ensure they are running smoothly
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and updates in the field
