System Setup & Maintenance:  Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware (desktops, laptops), operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications to ensure all workstations are ready for use. 
Technical Troubleshooting:  Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and connectivity issues (internet/LAN) for employees or clients either in person or through remote support. 
Security & Data Protection:  Perform regular system updates, run antivirus scans to remove malware, and manage routine data backups to prevent data loss and ensure network security.
