Computer Technician

Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or Information Technology

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and repairing Human Interface Stations across multiple control rooms, providing support for DCS-related issues including graphics, hardware, software, and field wiring, as well as installing and configuring new computers. It also includes maintaining office computers, resolving user concerns like printer and virus issues, ensuring LAN connectivity, supporting programs within CASA such as the Scale House and Trash Checker, servicing DCS panels, calibrating transmitters and control valves, setting up telephone lines, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
