ComRel (Community Relations) Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Community Relations (ComRel) Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the company's community relations programs, social development projects, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role serves as a key liaison between the mining company and host communities, local government units (LGUs), and other stakeholders to promote positive relationships and sustainable community development.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field
• At least Five (5) years of solid experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or social development (experience in mining or construction is an advantage)
• Familiarity with SDMP, CSR, or community development programs
• Willing to do fieldwork and community immersion
• Willing to be assigned to a remote mine site
