Concept Artist

We are looking for a Concept Artist to work on a brand new project at the Jam City Narrative Game division. Your role is to provide detailed prop, environment and potentially character concepts to 3D artists, and create polished 2d in-game art. **In order to be considered, you MUST provide us with either a link to an online portfolio, website or a pdf showcasing recent artwork upon application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Explore designs for environment, props and characters based on narrative and design needs, and present rough sketches to stakeholders.

Render artwork matching the established art style

Generate orthos for characters

Create 2d rendered images such as icons, modals and title screen to be implemented into the game.

Understand the technical limitation of our pipeline and work within those constraints.

Work alongside your broader art team to brainstorm ideas and pass work between other artists.
