Concept Artist

We are looking for a talented Concept Artist to join the creative team. The role plays a key part in shaping the visual identity of our projects which primarily for young audiences. Versatility to adapt styles across different genres and production needs, from animation and games to marketing, licensing and merchandising is a must.
Responsibilities:
Develop concept designs for characters, props, and environments for animation series based on scripts, references, or original ideas that could be translated into 3D animation production.
Produce sketches, thumbnails, and quick visual iterations to explore ideas quickly.
Refine and adapt artwork based on feedback from Art Director, producers, and the creative team.
Balance creative vision with technical and production constraints.
Collaborate closely with the Art Director and creative leadership to define and maintain the visual style of each project.
