Objective : Oversees daily food and beverage operations at venues, focusing on staff supervision, inventory, customer service, food safety, and financial targets, requiring leadership, organization, and problem-solving to ensure smooth event execution, profit, and guest satisfaction
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Setting up stands, ensuring readiness for events, managing daily stand operations, and troubleshooting issues.
Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, ordering products, and minimizing waste/loss.
Ensuring accurate sales reporting, and meeting profit goals.Implementing promotions, managing merchandising, and identifying sales growth opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php1,000.00 per day
