Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical Inventory count of assigned city outlets every end of the month up to first week of the next month
• Submits accomplished Inventory & SO Form to Coordinator for checking of prepared SO every first week of the month
• Analyze/ reconcile material discrepancies in stocks every second week of the month
• Work with Coordinator to monitor non-moving and overstocks every second week of the month
• Follow-up sales summary reports from outlets and encodes Monthly Sales every second week of the month
• Analyze inventory report for forecasting of inventory requirements every third week of the month
• Prepares statement of accounts every third week of the month
