Job Description

• MANAGE THE DAILY CONCIERGE OPERATIONS AND OVERSEE THE CONCIERGE, BELL SERVICE,DOORMAN, TRANSPORT and VALET OPERATIONS
• Ensure that safe working practices arefollowed including but not limited to emergency procedures.
• Uphold the Accor andSwissôtelbrand standards through proper presentation of hotel and prescribed grooming of Concierge/Bell/Door colleagues at all times.
