Role Mission:

Our Europe team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Europe Concierge to join us This role plays a critical part in creating unforgettable travel experiences by supporting our Europe Destination Specialists and ensuring smooth bookings and services for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to seamless European travel itineraries, from pre-booking through final quality checks.

You Will:

• Pre-Booking & Confirmation:  Build itineraries to UJV Europe standards and act as the main client contact post-booking. Provide essential travel details (guides, packing lists, visas) and manage client inquiries via email and phone to ensure prompt, accurate resolution.
