**Description:**

+ Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
+ Ensures all guests' emails, messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly.
+ Ensures that all guest requests and requirements are attended promptly and handled in the correct manner.
+ Ensures speedy, accurate and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
+ Ensures that communication and co-ordination of all Departments, with particular emphasize on the interactions between (but not limited) Concierge and Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone, Security are smooth and efficient.
+ Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.
+ Works closely with other team leaders in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
