About the role:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our client families and Funeral Directors during services in our chapels. You will have contact with internal and external customers as you organize the daily schedule both front and back of house; this includes preparing the spaces, organizing the audio visual equipment, running services, meeting and greeting attendances and transition from one service to the other.
