Concierge Officer

Working Hours: 5 days' work week (rotating shift - morning, afternoon and night)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalized concierge services, including travel, dining, tours, golf, limousine, and reservation arrangements
• Assist guests with local information, directions, attractions, and government/immigration requirements
• Handle pre-arrival arrangements and special occasions (e.g. birthdays, honeymoons)
• Manage limousine bookings, assignments, billing, and revenue forecasting
• Ensure hotel service, grooming, and LQA standards are met
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, Lost & Found, messages, and telephone communications professionally
• Use of hotel systems (PMS, booking platforms, internet tools) efficiently
