As a Concierge Operations Specialist , you are responsible for executing and delivering a member’s trip once the travel strategy has been defined by a Travel Advisor.

You own the operational details. From itinerary builds to bookings, in-trip monitoring, and post-trip follow-up, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role , not sales or trip strategy.
