PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets everyone with a smile and effectively manages the flow of visitor traffic within assigned area.
• Provides timely and reliable information and assistance to visitors manifesting the highest level of demeanor, courtesy, and customer mania.
• Handles all visitor inquiries and complaints and keeps a record or log of such incidents, always proactively ready to help and assist.
• When required, answers queries on services and products, on-going promotions and events within the Araneta City.
• Models the highest standard on personal presentation and grooming, serving as an example to others.
• Logs all lost-and-found items received at the assigned floor and endorses these to the Security Officer on duty for proper storage and safekeeping.
