Job Description

In this role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the residential property. This unique position offers on-site accommodation or not, ensuring you're readily available to address any needs that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Plumbing and Electrical Repairs: Conduct routine and emergency plumbing and electrical repairs as needed throughout the property. 
Painting Common Areas: Preserve the property's aesthetic appeal by participating in painting and touch-up projects in common areas. 
Maintenance Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards. 
Maintenance Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs completed, and inventory management.
