Requirements

• Diploma or SPM
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Language & communication skills (English & Bahasa)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide information and guidance on hospital facilities, services, and amenities.
• Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle patient/visitor concerns.
• Liaise and collaborate with hospital departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, feedback, and service activities.
• Collect and report patient/visitor feedback for service improvement.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of Concierge desks and surrounding areas.
• Manage crowd flow in high-traffic areas (Outpatient, Emergency, Admission & Discharge).
