+ Responsible for making reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities and more.
+ Provide guests with daily hotel tours and access to the business center.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.
