We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Heidelberg Materials team as an enthusiastic and professionalConcrete Batcherto support Concrete Operations in Busselton.
You will be someone who is passionate about safety, results focused and holds a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. Confidence with computers and previous batching experience will be highly regarded, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
In your new role with us, you will:
Manage batching and loading of Company fleet for delivery to our valued customers.
Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
Quality control and plant maintenance.
Assume the responsibility of looking after the yard and ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained.
