Concrete Batcher

Regional Group Australia (RGA) are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher to join our team in a permanent role for our plant located in Deer Park, Victoria. 

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design
• Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment
• Supervision and management of staff
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
• Driving Agitator Trucks when required

Essential requirements:

• HR driver's license
• White card
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience
• Full working rights within Australia
