We are looking for an Operations Lead who is tired of being a number at a big firm and wants to be the technical brain behind the most prestigious residential projects in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
Grade & Blueprint Mastery: You must be able to read complex structural prints and shoot your own grades. We deal with extreme elevation changes (yard-to-pool-to-floor) that require precision.
