Concrete Estimator

We are looking for a highly experienced
construction professional
with a strong background in
concrete structures, ground-up construction, and estimating
to support a U.S.-based construction company.

This position does
not require a Civil Engineering degree
. Candidates may come from technical, construction, estimating, or engineering-related backgrounds, as long as they have
hands-on experience
with the responsibilities listed below.

The role will begin as
fully remote
and transition into a
hybrid position based in Medellín
as the client's local operation grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate
  cost estimates
  for concrete and structural construction projects
• Perform detailed
  quantity takeoffs
  from construction drawings and specifications
• Review and analyze plans, sections, and details related to
  structural concrete
• Use
