About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Construction Project & Operations Virtual Assistant
to support our estimating, project management, operations, and data analytics functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate takeoffs, well-coordinated project documentation, up-to-date schedules, and actionable reporting across multiple construction projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction workflows, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Takeoffs

• Perform detailed

• Support bid preparation and estimating analysis
