Conference Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Conference Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing conferences and events, while also supporting sponsorship activities. You will work closely with the Conference Executive and the events team to help deliver successful events and build relationships with clients, sponsors, and attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, registrations, and technical setup.
• Support sponsorship efforts by helping prepare proposals and maintaining relationships with sponsors.
• Help manage event databases, marketing materials, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with attendees, speakers, and sponsors as needed.
