Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in orchestrating and managing events focused on Web3, AI & Esports technologies. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing all aspects of event production, from planning and technical execution to team leadership and budget management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution: Develop production plans, oversee technical elements, and ensure seamless event execution.
• Speaker Acquisition: Identify and invite high-profile speakers, ensuring alignment with conference objectives.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Manage budgets, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams for successful event delivery.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality measures and ensure health and safety compliance.
