What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our Conference Centre team, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of events for the CIBC Square Conference Centre and Private Dining Facilities. You will liaise with various business units to maximize efficiencies and provide a seamless, consistent approach to events. As a Conference Services Manager, you will foster key relationships with clients, manage logistical coordination, and share best practices. This role ensures client satisfaction by managing the end‑to‑end event process, from initial inquiries to post‑event follow‑ups, with an adherence to consistent standards and processes across stakeholders and partners. The ideal candidate will be the trusted advisor, partner, and expert on Conference Services, with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
