*Report to the Global Headquarters (Overseas) and serve as one of the key business leaders for the China market.

*Maintain and grow existing strategic channels-including Sam's Club, Costco, Metro, and other modern trade partners as well as ecommerce business partners -ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth.

*Formulate and execute sales strategies and annual business plans to expand market share across mainly offline, also online and omnichannel businesses.

*Monitor channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and tailor product/channel strategies to meet customer needs and evolving market dynamics.

*Ensure operational compliance with all regulations, quality standards, and internal governance requirements.
