The CMDB Manager is responsible for ensuring the governance, accuracy, and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role underpins operational excellence by maintaining reliable configuration data that supports IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. The CMDB Manager drives efficiency, consistency, and quality across all configuration-related activities.

+ Champion best practices to maintain a robust, reliable CMDB that supports seamless IT operations.

+ Define and enforce standards for CI data quality, completeness, and lifecycle management.
