Role Summary
Serve as the Configuration Manager within the IT Service Management (ITSM) organization
Establish, govern, and continuously improve the Configuration Management process
Ensure Configuration Management practices align with ITIL standards 
Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of Configuration Items (CIs)
Support effective Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and FinOps Management
Own and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure reliable service delivery
Drive continuous improvement of Configuration Management maturity and CMDB health
Integrate and manage Azure resources within a third-party CMDB (Ivanti Neurons for ITSM)
