What will you be doing in this role?

• Accountable for Service Configuration Management and the CMDB.
• Defining, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Service Configuration Management practice.
• Establishing, tracking, and reporting on Service Configuration Management and CMDB KPIs.
• Ensuring that the CMDB contains accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensuring that service trees are maintained and kept up to date.
• Ensuring that Service Configuration Management processes and the CMDB are accurately reflected in the ITSM solution.
• Preparing and maintaining policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support the Service Configuration Management practice.
