Serenity Confinement and Postpartum Centre in Melaka is seeking an experienced Confinement Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier facility. As the Confinement Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre, providing exceptional care and support to our new mothers and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the team of nurses, confinement nannies, and support staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our clients
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and care
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the centre, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
