PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Conformal Coat Operator with **hands-on spray experience** to support high-reliability electronics production. You will help ensure coating quality and protection for mission-critical components.

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**What You’ll Do** **_(Required Skills)_**

• Mask off using precise measurements, mix, and apply conformal coating and silicone using spray equipment and PVA machinery

• Perform controlled **hand spraying while wearing a respirator** , following all safety procedures

• Inspect and touch up coatings under **black light UV inspection** to ensure coverage and compliance
