Connecteam | Call Scheduler

On behalf of Connecteam, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Scheduler to engage with existing paying customers proactively.

In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.
