• Support activation of BSI/UCSI packages in SAP and CRM.
• Coordinate updates of vehicle linkage data and customer cases via BMW/MINI App.
• Prepare weekly reports for Teleservices and CCR linkage.
• Assist in the monthly invoicing process for BSI/UCSI packages.
• Monitor and report KPIs for PSv, WVR, CCR-Service, and Retail.
• Upload monthly data to AG for manual markets.
• Coordinate reward points based on dealer performance.
