Connectivity Support Intern

Program Overview

The internship program aims to develop skills in connectivity, remote monitoring, data analysis, and asset management. The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting the connectivity & Monitoring Officer and Data analyst.

Program Structure:

Office Support for Connectivity & Monitoring Officer & Data Analyst Supervisor.

Learning Objectives:

• Gain knowledge in industry 4.0 (connectivity) using SMARTLINK.
• Develop skills in installed based management.
• Understand the importance of accurate record-keeping and data analysis of assets.
• Develop skills in communications and task management.

Tasks:

• Register all machines under service plan and units above 30KW (especially machines under key customers).
• Assign and move machine to the correct customer account in SMARTLINK.
• Coordinate with SSE for the updated customer contact and send invitations for registration. ...
