Rôle et responsabilités / Role and Responsibilities

On the Commercial front:

• Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with parties located across the world.
• Manage various litigation files.

On the Compliance side:

• Provide guidance to different business teams on environmental matters and health and safety concerns, and manage external counsel in this area.
• Work closely with the communications team to manage internal and external announcements.
• Join the team of commercial lawyers and collaborate with the larger group of commercial lawyers.
