Consignment Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a Philippines-based CONSIGNMENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST to help source high-quality sellers online and guide them through the consignment process. You will focus on finding sellers within the region of our store locations and ensuring they can physically drop off their items in person. This role requires strong communication skills, daily outreach, and excellent organization.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Source potential sellers through online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Poshmark, VarageSale, OfferUp, and local buy/sell groups.
• Engage sellers posting luxury bags, jewelry, watches, collectibles, and similar high-value items.
• Prequalify items by collecting photos, brand details, condition, receipts, and other information.
• Confirm seller proximity and ability to drop off items at store locations.
• Submit qualified leads to the internal team for approval.
