Construction Accountant

This role is 100% work‑from‑home and remote. The working hours are 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST (6 hours daily).

Responsibilities

• Manage and update daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Reconcile all incoming and outgoing transactions via Zelle, CashApp, ACH, and other payment platforms.
• Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, ensuring timely collections and accurate postings.
• Prepare AIA progress billing applications and support project‑related submissions.
• Handle notary routing, document tracking, and record maintenance.
• Update and manage financial dashboards, ensuring real‑time accuracy of key performance metrics.
