1. Assist and support the department in the preparation of documents and technical requirements (eg. estimates, bid docs, etc.)
2. Assist bidding requirements and preparation.
3. Coordinate with the different depatments for concerns and requirements
4. Collate, file, record and update all of the department's documents and technical materials - in physical and digital formats.
5. Manage the documentation processes within the department; print and distribute documents and materials.
6. Create and update department templates
7. Attend construction and office meetings
8. Assist admin assistants from other departments, when necessary.
9. Assist in general activities of the Construction Department
10. Others duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Course or related field.
