Construction and Demolition Site Supervisor (Temporary)

The Construction and Demolition Site Supervisor oversees the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects—including factories, roads, and treatment plants. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and on-site execution, ensuring all projects are safe, sustainable, and delivered within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design & Planning : Conduct site investigations and develop comprehensive infrastructure plans using CAD and Sketch software.
• Project Management : Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and maintain project schedules while coordinating with architects and contractors.
• Site Supervision : Perform on-site inspections and engineering reviews to ensure compliance with Holcim design criteria, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Technical Analysis : Conduct structural, geotechnical, and environmental assessments to ensure soil stability and long-term structural integrity.
