An award-winning leader in the UK property and construction industry working across civil engineering, construction and facilities management seeks a solicitor to work as part of a small and supportive legal team. You will advise senior stakeholders on legal matters across a range of construction, civil engineering and services.
Responsibilities:
In this position you will review, negotiate and advise upon terms for construction or civil engineering such as NEC and JCT forms as well as identifying risks

Draft and negotiate consultant appointments, novation agreements, collateral warranties, subcontracts and bond documentation

Advise and manage disputes in and outside court

You may also advise on general commercial contracts and issues such as provision of facility management services, data protection and bribery and corruption
