Job Overview

The Construction and Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and Gantt charts
• Monitor budgets, costs, financial reports, and change orders
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure permits, regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate procurement, shipping, and installation of materials, furniture, and fixtures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
