RQ is actively hiring Construction Assistant Superintendents to join our West Coast Field Operations team supporting military construction projects across San Diego County. Although the position is headquartered out of our Carlsbad, California office, candidates should be prepared to work at project sites throughout the region.

The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in supporting field leadership and daily construction operations.
