Construction Associate (Non-Contentious / Front-End) | 4-6 PQE

A leading international firm is looking to hire a senior associate into its non-contentious (front-end) construction team, which is ranked by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

In this role, you will advise asset and investment managers, contractors, end users, institutional developers, and funders on development and regeneration projects, investment mandates, funder-side risk, complex contract suites, and building safety compliance across commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a 4-6 PQE solicitor (UK-qualified preferred, but Australian and NZ-qualified associates may also apply) with extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts (including JCT), appointments and warranties, and development agreements, and conducting construction DD on RE transactions.
