We are seeking a high-performing Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a building and civil project. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with leadership skills to protect margins, enforce compliance, and drive project delivery.

Project Context

The Contracts Manager will be based on site at the University of Limpopo.

The duration of the project is 12 months.

The project scope is the security gate/entrance building along with ancillary civil or other works including a boundary wall around the University.
