Construction Coordinator

We are a real estate development and construction company seeking a Remote Construction Manager to support multiple active projects. This role is responsible for estimating and budgeting, contract and procurement administration, schedule development and tracking, and day-to-day project monitoring through structured reporting and coordination with site teams, consultants, trades, and suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, numbers-driven, strong with documentation, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating, Budgeting and Cost Control

· Prepare and maintain detailed project estimates, budgets, and cost plans (hard and soft costs).

· Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid leveling; validate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

· Track budget vs. actuals, commitments, change impacts, and forecasted cost-to-complete.
